Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 25, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the Prestige Texas Roofing Guild (the “Guild”). By accessing our website, platform, and matching services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Nature of the Guild Platform

The Prestige Texas Roofing Guild is a curated collective and matching platform. We connect high-end residential and commercial property owners with independent, master-level roofing contractors in Texas.

While the Guild establishes baseline standards with all participating members (minimum shingle Class 4 standards, high-performance synthetic underlayment mandates, eave/valley water shield and calculated attic ventilation), each contractor is an independent legal entity. The final contract of work is executed directly between the property owner and the assigned independent contracting firm.

3. Estimator and Consultation Requests

By submitting an estimate request or consulting form, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your location, scope of work, and contact details. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a Guild member will accept the project. Roof assemblies and structural modifications are subject to attic ventilation checks and municipal/HOA feasibility reviews.

4. Property Access & Estimating Feasibility

By scheduling an on-site consultation, you grant the assigned Guild-contractor permission to access the designated property and roof/attic areas to take measurements, inspect structural deck conditions, analyze ventilation configurations, and check for storm-related damage or HOA limits.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, design layouts, logos, imagery, and text assets featured on the Prestige Texas Roofing Guild platform are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, or repurpose any content without the express written authorization of the Guild administration.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Prestige Texas Roofing Guild, its officers, directors, or representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from any contractor agreement, site issues, attic ventilation defects, or project timeline disputes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Contact & Administration

For legal inquiries, copyright claims, or questions regarding the Guild network, please email us directly through our primary administration portal or write to our support desk.
